"Still No Refund After Two Weeks"
I’m still waiting on my refund after two weeks, which is frustrating. I get that things can take a little time, but at this point it feels like someone dropped the ball here.

"Authenticity check felt like a waste to me"
I bought what was listed as a “designer” bag from shopgoodwill and paid extra because I thought it was legit. Once it showed up, though, the stitching and tags just didn’t look right to me, so I decided to send it in for an authenticity check.
It ended up coming back as not authentic, or at least not something they could verify. When I reached out to support, they basically just referred me back to the original listing, which didn’t really help or answer anything in my opinion.
I understand these are donated items, so maybe they don’t always know for sure. But from my experience, they shouldn’t present something like it’s real if they can’t actually back that up. I personally wouldn’t buy from there again.

"Confusing order updates"

"Felt Like Just a Ticket Number"
I waited outside for about 40 minutes for my pickup order, and the staff still couldn’t seem to find my item. The whole thing felt really impersonal, like I was just a ticket number sitting there waiting. Definitely not doing pickup again after that

I bought this thinking it was going to work out, but it didn’t really fit what I needed. When I looked into sending it back, I find out there was no returns allowed. That was disappointing because I wish I knew that before buying. The product was okay, but the return policy kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

It was listed as being in good condition, but when it arrived, it looked scratched up, dirty, and some parts seemed to be missing. I could be wrong, but the photos definitely didn’t seem to show most of those issues. Overall, I’m disappointed with this order.

Using shopgoodwill has been frustrating. The search results feel all over the place, and half the time the filters don’t even stay applied. I end up spending way more time digging through random stuff than actually looking at items I’m interested in. What makes it more annoying is that it’s not really clear who’s responsible for fixing it or who you’re supposed to contact when the site acts up. It just feels like the problem gets passed around with no clear owner

"Pretty rough on mobile"
Trying to use shopgoodwill on my phone was sorta frustrating. The pages loaded slowly, some buttons didn’t seem to work half the time, and every now and then it would just send me back for no clear reason. The worst part was bidding. I tried to place a bid near the end, but the page froze and then refreshed too late, so I lost the item with no real error message or explanation. It really feels like the site wasn’t made with mobile users in mind. I probably won’t use it again unless they fix that.

"Felt Completely Ignored by Support"
I reached out to shopgoodwill support twice about an issue with my order and never got any kind of helpful response. It felt like nobody was even reading the messages. Once you’ve already paid, it’s really frustrating not being able to get a simple answer about what’s going on. I wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously improve their customer service

"The auctions felt really unfair to me…"
The auctions felt really unfair to me. I tried bidding at the last second, and somehow the price still made these weird jumps. It just kept feeling unfair, like what I was seeing wasn’t what was actually happening. Items ended up going for way more than what was shown, and that’s just frustrating. The whole thing felt off, unfair, and not worth the hassle. I’m not using it again.

I bought this from shopgoodwill and the tracking stressed me out a bit. It said it had shipped, but then it looked like it was stuck in the same place for days with no real updates, so I kept wondering if something had gone wrong. "Good deals, but watch the shipping fees"
I did manage to win a few small auctions, which was fun, and the items themselves seemed like decent little deals. But I was disappointed when I realized the shipping couldn’t really be combined. Each item had its own separate shipping and handling fee, and some of them were almost more than the items cost. That kind of takes the excitement out of bidding unless you’re only buying one thing. Still, the auction process itself was easy enough, so I’d just be more careful next time and check all the fees first.

"A bit disappointed with the camera"
I bought a used camera and... it wasn’t quite as described. There were some scratches that weren’t mentioned, and the battery has an issue too. The photos didn’t really show those things clearly, so it was a little frustrating when it arrived. Not the worst purchase ever, but yeah — I was expecting it to be in better shape.
